Keynote Speaker Prof. Tim Wheeler, Reading University. Deputy Chief Scientist and Deputy Director of Research at the Department for International Development (DfID). Other speakers from OXFAM, WaterAid and Action Aid and Adam Trickett (OBS!) on Low Carbon Living.
